(9 pp.) re/ unclassified Weekly Summaries for LOS Conferences; small, stapled packet containing a letter (4/9/76) from Congressman Wilson to President Ford & attached “Draft Veto Statement” re/ Wilson’s critical commentary on “the 200-mile bill, (H.R. 200, Marine Fisheries Conservation Act of 1975) passed in March by the House and Senate, and now before you for action;” stapled photocopy of Congressman Wilson’s letter (4/9/76) to President Ford with signatures from 10 colleagues re/ draft veto statement on 200-mile bill; three office notes to “Boss” (4/7 & 3/26/76) & attached “Draft Veto Statement On the 200-Mile Bill” re/ call from Joan MacKenzie (Congressman Gude’s office) & further commentaries on lobbying efforts to convince President Ford to veto the 200-mile bill—“Kissinger, Defense, and Justice are going to recommend veto;” stapled packet containing 1 copy of House Republican Conference, “Law of the Sea Supplement,” Legislative Digest, January 1976 (25 pp.).
