Ingram (Federal Transportation Representative, State of CA) to Congressman Wilson thanking him “for your vote of July 24 during the consideration of the ‘Rail Act of 1980,’ HR 7235;” 1 copy of “Public Notice No. 80-177-MN” (8/11/80)--Col. Gwynn A. Teague (Dist. Engineer, Corps of Engineers)--requesting comment on the S.D. Unified Port District’s application “to place approximately 700 cubic yards of rock slope protection and to excavate approximately 500 cubic yards of sand at the toes of the slope on the south bank of Shelter Island” (3 pp. text & 1 p. rendering showing Proposed Riprap); 1 note from “John to Karen” (n.d.)
