The donor must be notified of all requests for photocopies. Researchers wishing to photocopy 20% or more of the collection must provide written notice to the Head of the Special Collections and University Archives ten (10) business days prior to copying the materials. The donor has the right to inquire of the requestor and establish additional restrictions. Please consult the staff of Special Collections and University Archives for additional information.
