Asst.) & enclosed copy of "a letter from the State Franchise Tax Board re/ surplus books available from the Library of Congress & other personal matters- there are other letters between Parma and Dr. Parkinson in this folder; "Request for Research" from from Leon Parma and enclosed copy of "Our American Government," House Doc.
