Commissioner for Higher Education, HEW), Col. Carl W. Nelson (USAF), constituent Carl Davis (SDSC) re/ inquiry as to two items -- UFO clarification from Air Force and information on student loan program; and letters (Sept.-Nov. 1960) from La Mesa constituent Bob Rundell (Realtor), Congressman Wilson, Lt. Gen. Leonard D. Heaton (The Surgeon General), Homer B. Babbidge, Jr. (HEW) re/ Mr. Rundell's inquiry on behalf of Richard E. Murrill (UCDAVIS) "exploring his possibility of obtaining some sort of scholarship or student subsidy, military or otherwise."
