A small collection of letters, articles, reports & a telegram. Examples are: a typed copy of a report entitled "Replies To Criticisms of the International Cooperation Which Appear in the 'Ugly American' Summary," prepared by Office of Mutual Security Information, U.S. Department of State, October 1959; the 23 page booklet entitled "Reply To Criticism in the Ugly American;" a letter (12/31/1957) from Guilford Jameson (Deputy Dir. for Congressional Relations, International Cooperation Admin.) to Wilson and attached pamphlet entitled "Development Loan Fund;" letters (1959) from constituent Ruel Liggett (Attorney at Law), an attached editorial by Raymond Moley, "Money Against Nature" (Newsweek, 6/29/59) & a news clipping,"Postscript to a Sawmill" (n.d. n.s.), Congressman Wilson's replies & letters from Guildford Jameson (Deputy Dir. for Congressional Relations, ICA) re/ a sawmill rusting away in Iran and critiques of government support for agriculture; letters and telegram (1960) re/ the ICA's Investment Guaranty Program.
