Rousselet to Senator Strom Thurmond & attached copy of Dept. of the Army "Information for Members of Congress 18 February 1963" re/ "Operation Swift Strike . . . To be held in North and South Carolina and Georgia" (June-Aug. 1963); a small packet of corresp. (June 1963) re/ information from the Secretary of the Army commenting on a Lakeside constituent's "letter concerning the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier;" letters (June-Aug. 1963) from PFC Jorge Principe (HQ. Co. 7th ASCC), Brigadier General George P.
