Wilson, while appreciating this "well-founded concern," was "not inclined to introduce the bill you have suggested;" a packet of corresp. & information (May-Sept. 1964) from the Fluor Corp. Ltd., Congressman Wilson, various officials in the Dept. of Commerce and a copy of National Constructors Association, "Remarks prepared by President Henry A.
