GSA was arranging the transfer of the disputed areas to CA Western University and to the University of California and accompanying letters (Mar.-Ap. 1965) regarding this transfer of 350 acres to California Western; "Memorandum For File" (5/27/64) regarding difficulties since 1961 in obtaining transfer of Camp Elliott Area D land to UC and CA Western Univ.
