This folder contains four stapled packets of corresp. (1) letters (Feb.-Mar. 1963) from Graham M. Kelly (Attorney at Law), Congressman Wilson & Louis J. Doyle (General Counsel, Post Office Dept.) re/ "Post Office Ruling as to Mail Rights of Caliente '5-10' Materials"— that is "indigent Negros" accused of "a conspiracy to transport '5-10' betting materials in interstate and foreign commerce;" (2) letters (Feb.-Mar.1963) from constituent William Koskinen, Congressman Wilson & Louis J. Doyle (General Counsel, Post Office Dept.) re/ Mr. Koskinen's criticism of censoring and his defense of the mails carrying such books as The Last Temptation of Christ; (3) letters (Ap. 1963) from constituent John Lepman, Wilson, Ralph W. Nicholson (Asst. Postmaster General) & page 3 of Postal Bulletin (3-28-63) re/ alleged "discrimination against us California Boat Owners" as to renewal applications for the Coast Guard; & (4) letters (June-July 1963) from constituent Walter E. Fiedler (Investor-Builder), Wilson & Raymond R. Homquist (Regional Dir., San Francisco Regional Office) re/ Mr. Fiedler's "request for reimbursement of $1227.00 for work which he considered to be 'extras' in connection with construction of the National City, California post office."
