Examples are: a letter (3/22/60) from constituent Fred Wessock (Editor, San Diego Postal News) and Wilson's reply (4/2/60) re/ cooperation being Wilson and Wessock in printing information from Washington & proposed legislation; a letter (4/11/60) from Fred Wessock & a copy of Federation News Service (Bulletin No. 13) re/ guide lines and appropriation problems; a packet of corresp. (Mar.-Ap. 1963) re/ "a resolution objecting to the Distribution Guide System, received by you [Wilson] from the National Federation of Post Office Clerks, Local Number 197, at San Diego, California;" letters (Feb.-Ap. 1960) from Edgar J. Hayes, Jr. 2nd V.P. of Local 197, Post Office Clerks), Leon W. Parma (Admin. Asst. to Wilson), Congressman Wilson & L.B. Schoonover (Dir., Postal Installations Div.) re/ complaints about reducing "the worker to 'machines'" in the installation of the new Distribution Guides System; a nine-page letter (5/20/60) from John W. MacKay (President, National Postal Clerks Union) to Congressman Wilson re/ criticizing the new Distribution Guides System and Postmaster General Summerfield's "recently circulated five page letter."
