Letters (Mar. 1963) from Bill Moyers & Congressman Wilson regarding a syllabus for a Peace Corps project currently in training at the UC Berkeley for volunteers going to Panama; and a copy of a Peace Corps Advance Information notice sent to Wilson containing the names of 33 Peace Corps Volunteers to depart for Peru on June 17, 1963. One member from Escondido and one from Coronado.
