Examples are: "Memorandum for All Members of Congress" (1/9/61) re/ "Navy's plans for reducing the number of dependents in foreign countries;" a 1/16/61 letter from RAdm. Robert E. M. Ward (Chief of Legislative Affairs) to Congressman Wilson – extending "our best wishes for your continued success during your service in the 87th Congress;" two letters (1/18 & 1/19/61) from Secretary of the Navy William B. Franke to Wilson appreciating the Congressman's support; 2 letters (Jan. 1960) re/ two tickets for Wilson's guests to the 50th Anniversary of Naval Aviation Ball & Wilson's appreciation of these tickets; letters (Feb. 1961) from Mrs. Jean H. Friedkin (V.P., Pacific Southwest Airlines) & Wilson re/ Pornography Bill, fighting to keep Brown field and other commentary; other issues and topics in this folder are: letters (Jan.-Feb. 1961) re/ San Diego physician Norman M.
