Mahedy (Superior Court, San Diego & commanding officer of the Naval Reserve Law Company), Earl Cantos & Congressman Wilson re/ support for H.R. 6889 – "This bill provides career incentive for the procurement and retention of lawyers for the Naval service;" a letter (5/8/61) from Burgus C. Garrison (President, National Assn. of Supervisors, Local 36, U.S. Naval Establishment) & Wilson's reply (5/17/61) "calling my attention to [your opposition to] legislation introduced by Senator Butler and Congressman O'Konski relative to placing naval ships repair work in private shipyards;" a letter (5/23/61) from VAdm. R. B.
