A collection of letters, memorandum, notes, a Congressional Committee reprint, telegrams, news clippings & other items. Examples are: letters (Apr.-June 1963) from Sidney Wexler (Treasurer, Sparkletone Photo Service), Congressman Wilson, Capt. J. J. Appleby (SC, U. S. Naval Training Center) & Capt. D. I. Thomas (Commander, U. S. Naval Training Center) re/ responses to Mr. Wexler's concerns that the Exchanges at military establishments were in unwarranted competition with commercial enterprises; a letter (3/22/63) from RAdm. Almon E. Loomis to Wilson re/ priority listing of military construction as printed in the S.D. Union on March 22; a large stapled packet containing letters ((Apr.-May 1963) from RAdm. John E.
