R. 11094 ("the anti-military workshop bill"). Wilson's topics were: Policy Includes Private Industry, The Navy Position, Overhaul and Repair Departments Strategically Located, Direct Fleet Support Mission, Shore Duty Essential, and Civilian Talents Important.
