Mapes & Congressman Wilson's reply (3/11/63) re/ a long and informative letter listing the pros and cons as to availability of care in the outpatient clinic at Balboa Naval Hospital & Wilson's comment that the Bureau of Medicine planned to reopen an Outpatient Clinic at the 32nd Naval Station; a letter (1/30/63) from Spring Valley constituent Fred J.
