R. E. Cronin (Chief of Industrial Relations), enclosed copy of OIR Notice 12250 & a telegram 10/10/55) from Margaret Young to Congressman Wilson re/ the RAdm.'s letter and pay adjustments for inspectors; a packet of letters (Feb.-Oct. 1956, May 1957 & Aug. 1958) from San Diego constituent James Godkin , Congressman Wilson, Margaret Young (Secretary for Wilson), a news clipping & W.
