Gillett (Commanding Officer, U.S. Naval Hospital) to Congressman Wilson re/ distribution of "the booklet 'Infant Care;'" a letter (8/11/53) from Frederick Fish (Dept. Service Officer, The American Legion) to Wilson re/ "Congratulations on your work in getting the Veterans Administration contract beds at San Diego Navy Hospital increased to 150;" letter (2/16/54) & attached news clipping re/ RAdm. new assignment as "Commanding Officer of the Nation's largest service hospital;" Memorandum (1/25/54) related to the 1,000 bed addition to the Naval Hospital; a letter (2/15/54) from Dr. Clifford L.
