Scope and Contents
Only two items as follows: telegrams (11/23 & 11/27/56) from Oscar Bourbiel (President, AFGE Lodge #1399), Claude Peeler (Secretary, San Diego Council AFGE) & Congressman Wilson re/ reduction-in-force at Supply Depot, which the Bureau of Supplies and Accounts denied; and a letter (12/13/56) from Oscar E. Bourbiel to Wilson thanking him for his "prompt and effective efforts resulting in the elimination of RIF activities at the Naval Supply Depot."
