Scope and Contents
A small collection of letters. Examples are: letters (Jan. – Feb. 1960) from constituent Seymour Rabin (Pres., United Jewish Federation of San Diego), Congressman Wilson & Alfred H. Von Klemperer (Asst. to the Secretary of the Treasury) re/ the Jewish Federation's request to Wilson to "urge that the World Bank loan of $56 million dollars to the United Arab Republic be deferred until the UAR honors the principle of freedom of passage to all nations through the Suez Canal;" letters (Aug. 1959-May 1960) from Paul Mannen (Seacoast Savings and Loan Assn., Del Mar), Congressman Wilson & Harry W. Caulsen (Secretary of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board) & attached copy of No. FSLIC – 829" re/ a "resolution dealing with the amendments on discounts, commissions, and related credits and charges;" and letters (Aug. 1959-Oct. 1960) from constituent Robert Guerra, Congressman Wilson & Wm. McC. Martin, Jr. ( Bd. of Governors of the Federal Reserve System) regarding responses to Mr. Guerra's extensive negative viewpoints on the Federal Reserve System.
