Hill & Wilson's reply re/ "Dollar Devaluation Feared Loss of Gold Must Be Halted" & the shared concerns of two Republicans; a packet of letters (Dec. 1961-Oct. 1962) from Ewart W. Goodwin (Percy H. Goodwin Co., Congressmen Curtis & Wilson, R.B. Tootell (Governor, Farm Credit Adm.) & the director of the Tax Rulings Div., IRS re/ opposition by Mr. Goodwin to the Federal Land Bank's exemption from taxes and his other politically conservative concerns about federal government regulations.
