A collection of letters, telegrams, memos and notes. Examples are: a letter (2/12/64) from Franklin Hardinge, Jr. (Ex. V.P. California Savings and Loan League) to Wilson re/ visit to Washington to exchange views; letters (3/5 & 3/9/64) from D. R. Giddings (Chief Counsel, United States National Bank) & Wilson's reply (3/13/64) re/ "the bank's position on S. 2076, S. 2250, H.R. 8505, H.R. 8230, and S. 810" & Wilson's support; letters (Feb.- Mar. 1964) from C.
