D. L. Flores in Support of Guam Rehabilitation Bill" (3 pp.) re/ "Senate Bill 1495 & H. R. 6225 are identical bills introduced by the request of the Administration;" letters 7/63) from William H. Draper, Jr. (Draper, Gaither & Anderson, Palo Alto, CA), Wilson & photocopy of an excerpt from the New York Times (6/9/63 – 10 E) re/ "Population Explosion Nullifies Foreign Aid;" a letter (7/63) to Wilson re/ a book on Monetary Policy, Foreign Affairs & the NATO-Alliance from a German author; a letter (11/11/63) from Dr. Walter Becher (West und ost) & Wilson's reply (11/21/63) re/ commending Wilson's speech on the floor of the House on August 22, 1963 which criticized the "alleged theories of the 'mellowing' of Eastern Communism," etc.
