A collection of letters, pamphlets, government reports, telegrams & news releases. These are not filed chronologically. Examples are: letters (May-June, 1963) from James Woodrum (National Assn. of Social Workers, San Diego Chapter), Congressman Wilson & Frederick G. Dutton (Asst. Secretary, Dept. of State) re/ the concept of the establishment of eleven social welfare positions in U.S. embassies around the world; a letter from the San Diego County Medical Assn. and attached pamphlet – "A Critique of the Social Security Approach to Medical Care for the Aged;" a letter (2/63) from constituents Mr. & Mrs. Elvin Noel & Wilson's reply (2/21/63) re/ the Church of Scientology; letters (Jan.-Feb.) from constituent Mrs. Helen R.
