City Mgr.), Congressman Wilson, Charles Fletcher (President, Home Federal Savings) & attached copy of city of San Diego, "A Workable Program For Urban Renewal" re/ Wilson said he enjoyed reading the city's program. "It appears to be most enlightening;" telegrams (10/57) re/ vacancy in urban renewal program director and RNC interest in this opportunity; letters (9/58) from constituents and Wilson's replies re/ interest in information on urban renewal program; stapled copies of letters & telegram (Sept. & Oct. 1958) from constituents, Wilson, Home Loan Finance Agency & enclosed copies of a news clipping & HLFA, News re/ "Col.Drake Visits L.
