Finucane (Chairman, Bd. of Immigration Appeals, Dept. of Justice) & F.E. Small (Acting Officer in Charge, Immigration and Naturalization Service, S.D.) re/ a complicated case, #A11 80 916, involving the deportation to Panama of Mrs. Luz’s husband; a June 20, 1962 one page Memorandum to Wilson from Legislative Asst. Walter Besterman re/ discussion on “marriage mills” in coastal areas; a copy of Public Law 87-30 (approved 9/26/61); one 2x4 b&w photo of a young lady; a one page listing of the names and details of six persons deported to Panama and Brazil; letters (Feb.-July 1962) re/ the immigration case of Joao Dos Reis Goncalves; letters (Feb.-July 1962) re/ the deportation of Manuel Valerio Goncalves; letters (Apr. –July 1962) re/ the deportation of Francisco Rebelo Ferreira; letters (Jan.-July 1962) re/ the deportation of Jose Silva Da Luz; letters (Feb.- July 1962) re/ Portuguese deportation cases involving men who have been deported as a result of fraudulent marriages with United States citizens.
