A collection of letters, Dept. of Labor material, telegrams, & postal cards. Examples are: letters (4/20 & 6/6/60) from Albert L. McDermott (Special Asst. to the Sec. of Labor) re/ “the claim of your constituent, Mrs. Clara V. Connelly, for a death benefit arising out of the death of her husband” & attached Employee Welfare material and Annual Report for 1959 as to the Anthracite Health and Welfare Fund; a letter (6/15/60) from constituent Mrs. Frances Weismantal & Wilson’s reply (7/12/60) re/ Mrs. Weismantel’s criticism of “compulsory unionism;” a letters (9/14/60) from Max D. Berlin (Berlin Const. Co.) re/ accusations that the current strike is politically and selfishly motivated; letters (10/60) from Wilson & Bryan P.
