Mr. Wilson informed him that this was know Public Law 87-7283; letters & a copy of H.R. 2763 (1963) re/ Congressman Wilson responds to a stockholder & constituent’s inquiry as the Burnham... Chemical Company case against government action by including a copy of “A Bill To confer jurisdiction on the United States Court of Claims to hear, determine, and render judgment on the claims of the Burnham Chemical Company against the United States.” This involved the Kramer Borax District and the Dept. of the Interior.
