Only one stapled packet containing letters (1959) from Congressman Wilson, Joseph Campbell (Comptroller General of the United States) & Chula Vista constituent Mrs. Rita J. Pennington re/ the claim of Mrs. Pennington that her son’s transportation costs to visit is father, Sergeant First Class Henry Davis, in Japan was denied by the Comptroller General.
