Robbins to the Honorable Emanuel Celler (Chairman, Committee on the Judiciary) re/ “proposed legislation would amend the Act of September 2, 1957 (Public Law 85-255)” & copy of “Memorandum . . .H.R. 4380, 86th Cong. – Analysis of Report of the Secretary of the Treasury;” stapled packet of letters & memorandum (Mar.-Aug. 1959) re/ Senator Dodd’s Bill S-1823 to amend PL 225 and other information as to Wilson constituent, Capt. E. C. Renfro; letters (Feb.-Aug. 1959) re/ further communication as to Senate Bill 1823 from Capt. E. C. Renfro (Naval Air Station North Island and Wilson’s replies; letter (10/23/59) from the Comptroller General of the United States acknowledging receipt of Wilson letter “and enclosurers, with further references to the request of Captain E. C. Renfro;” letters (May-Nov. 1959) re/ Comptroller General, Wilson & Attorney Robert F.
