McClure, Chief of Psychological Warfare, Department of the Army, ‘Psychological Strategy As a Preventative of Larger War,’” U.S. News & World Report, January 2, 1953, pp. 60-69; a copy of a Press Release for Saturday, May 30, 1953 re/ “Congressman Leslie C. Arends (R), 17th Congressional Dist. of Illinois, made public today his letter to the President of the United States and the President’s response thereto with respect to Reorganization Plan No. 6 of 1954” – 3 legal-sized pages; a letter (6/2/53) from Frank A. Shine, Jr. to Congressman Wilson & enclosed copy of Mr. Shine’s 6 page letter (6/1/55) analyzing and replying to Congressman Van Zandt’s statements – found on pages A-3326 – A-3327 of the Congressional Record relating to the Uniform Code of Military Justice; “Memo [from Edward F. Terrar, Jr. – 6/15/55] For Mr. Wilson Concerning the Letter Written By Harry M. Shine Responding to the Speech Given By Jim Van Zandt on the Code of Military Justice.”
