(Ret.) Robert H. Rogers (Chief, Warden Service & Chief, Ground Observer Corps., Civil Defense and Disaster Organization, Gillespie Field, El Cajon, CA) & Wilson re/ details on surplus food storage and other issues; letters (Nov.-Dec. 1956) from L. J. Wadsworth (Asst. Dir., Civil Defense and Disaster Organization, County of San Diego, Gillespie Field) re/ details on conference held in Atlanta, Georgia on Federal Civil Defense; letters & post card (Jan.-Mar. 1957) from Coronado constituent Mrs. Shirley P. L. Roach, Wilson & J. Edgar Hoover (Bureau of Investigation) re/ Mrs. Roach’’s interest in I.D. tags for children and others in the event of a national disaster. Director Hoover reminded Mrs. Roach that this was a legislative issue.
