A collection of letters, a news clipping & 2 booklets. Examples are: letters (Feb. & Mar. 1959) & a booklet -- Pacific Telephone Partner in National Defense (text, photos & map); a letter (4/30/58) from Myron Insko (Goodwill Industries of San Diego County) & attached news clipping from The San Diego Union (4/12/59) – “7½-Billion Waste Laid to Military” re/ Mr. Insko’s suggestion to Wilson “to introduce elementary business methods into the Government Purchasing Department;” letters (5/59) from Wilson & Lt. General Walter L. Weible, ret. (Executive V.P., Assn. of the United States Army) & a copy of the 2nd edition of the Assn.’s The Security of the Nation A Study of Current Problems of National Defense (1959 – 34 pages including appendices) – Wilson indicated that he looked forward to reviewing the document.
