A large collection of letters, actions, legal briefs, news clippings, telegrams, summaries of court decisions, reports & resolutions. Examples are: letters (1/63) re/ Colorado River Bd. of California and Wilson discuss problem between U.S. and Mexico regarding the salt content of Colorado River water at the international boundary; a letter (2/8/63) from Richard S. Croker (Executive Dir. Pacific Marine Fisheries Commission) to Wilson and a copy of resolutions adopted by the commission at its annual meeting in October (18 pp.); letters (2/18 &2/27/63) re/ “development of water resources of the Eel River Watershed and adjacent areas;” letters (3/18 & 4/1/63) re/ a Water Reclamation Study submitted to Tom Fletcher; letters (3/8 & 4/24/63) from the CA Dept. of Water Resources to Wilson re/ the Flood Control Act of 1962; stapled packet containing letters, photocopy of news commentary (Apr.-May 1963) & copy of “Reporter’s Transcript of Proceedings . . .
