Only two letters in this folder as follows: a letter (12/23/58) from Robert Fahs for Verne Scroggins (Regional Operations Dir., S.F.) to Wilson re/ “The Post Office Department is soliciting bids for leased quarters” for the Ocean Beach Station; a letter (12/21/59) from the above to Wilson re/ “The Post Office Department has accepted a bid for leased quarters” for the Ocean Beach Station from Allesandro Cerise for a new building – South Side of Santa Monica Ave. between Sunset Cliffs Blvd. and Cable St. The present location was at 4851 Newport Ave.
