Joseph Carter and discussion about inactive duty prior to call for active duty for a commanding officer; letters (8/2 & 9/9/55) re/ the Compulsory Military Reserve Bill and how will it affect San Diego constituent C. Rollin Keller’s son who was nearing the completion of his two years of active duty as a draftee; letters (7/12 & 9/55) re/ a similar issue as in the above cited letters from constituent Frank H. Howard; letters (April and May 1956) from constituents Charles P. O’Connell, Lincoln Rock, Wilson & the Dept. of the Navy re/ “disestablishment of the Naval Air Reserve Training Unit at Santa Ana;” letters & memorandum (April-June 1956) from El Cajon constituent Colonel J.
