A small collection of letters, telegrams, memorandums, reports and studies. Examples are: Stapled packet containing letters & telegrams (Sept.-Oct. 1955) from E.R. Terrar, Jr. (Admin. Asst. to Wilson), Congressman Wilson & Charles Herbert Seaton (Negotiating Committeeman Engineers and Architects Assn.) re/ negotiations between the Assn. and Convair over wages, health, insurance coverage & an alleged “abuse of the authority inherent in cost plus fixed fee projects;” Copies of letters (Nov. 1955) from Congressman Wilson, E.F. Terrar, Jr. and Col. R.J. Clizbe (Legislative Liaison, Dept. of the Air Force) re/ Air Force response to Wilson’s “inquiry concerning negotiations being conducted between the Engineers and Architects Association and the Management of the Convair Division of General Dynamics Corporation,” especially the alleged “excessive overtime” issue; 1 copy of Palmer Osborn, The Value of A Strategic Weapons System, July 1955 (16 pp.).
