Porter (Sec., MilitaryAffairs Steering Comm., S.D. Chamber of Commerce), & Wilson’s reply (6/20/58) re/ sending Wilson “a rough draft copy of the report on the San Diego Naval Establishment recently completed for the Chamber by Admiral Ray Tarbuck;” 1 letter (6/22/58) from constituent Robert C.
