Lobbyist For $15,000 – Federal Policies Affecting San Diego Given As Reason,” The San Diego Union, a-13, n.d.—“His services will be shared by San Diego and Philadelphia, which will pay a similar amount;” a copy of a report (8/1/59) from Washington Representative Pat McLaughlin to San Diego Mayor Dail, the City Council & others re/ activities for the month of July—7 items listed including “Working closely with Congressman Wilson, I was able to play a part in bringing a successful conclusion to the dispute with the Navy on the dump site.”
