Hoyt,” & Congressman Wilson re/ A/2c Hoyt’s success in obtaining a release from his service extension so his financial hardship honorable discharge could be facilitated; 4 letters (Nov.-Dec. 1964) from Mrs. June V. Fisk (Alameda, CA), Wilson Secretary Catherine C. Parham, Lt. Col. G.W. Pickelol (Chief of Legislative Liaison, HQ. Office of the Secretary of the Army), & Congressman Wilson re/ lack of support from Mrs. Fish’s former husband, Wilson’s assistance, and her success in finally being able to receive payments starting in Feb. 1965; a large packet of letters (July-Dec. 1964) from Robert P. McDonald (Attorney at Law, Propcopio, Price & Cory), Secretary Catherine C. Parham, San Diego constituent & Navy Seaman Francis A. Herbert, Jr.(U.S.S. Jason, AR-8), his financial statements, sworn depositiions by Diane Pardeis & George F. Garrity, Congressman Wilson, LCDR A.J. Klein (Congressional Liaison Div., Office of the Secretary of the Navy), Capt. C.E.
