Only two groups of letters in this folder. A letter (1/26/64) from Capt. R. Guild (U.S.A. Ret., HQ, Fighting Homefolks of Fighting Men, Glenwood Springs, CO) & Wilson’s reply (2/11/64) re/ two missing POWs should be “a tremendous campaign issue by the Republican candidate,” if “Johnson gives the enclosed letter the brush off . . . .;” 1 four page letter from M. Mayor (Oakland, CA) re/ inquiries “about the fate of the 389 boys still missing from action in the Korean conflict” – Wilson’s cited a Dept. of State letter (n.d.) on this topic.
