Wiest (Hill, Richards & Company); letters (Sept. – Nov.) re/ San Diego constituent Mrs. Alma Brown, her request to Wilson for help to correct what she termed a gross miscarriage of justice on the part of the local income tax office” and letters from the IRS. Her last letter (11/12/60) to Wilson indicates “CONGRATULATIONS UPON YOUR VERY RECENT VICTORY;” letters (Jan., Feb. & Nov.) re/ an IRS regulation which would require non-profit organizations to publish their scientific findings was supported by Testing Engineers, Incorporated.
