Altschaeffl’s 1958 income tax refund; letters (Jan.-Mar.) & “Statement Relating To Underpayment of Estimated Income Tax By Individuals”- IRS Form 2210 re/ the problems of Virgil K. Smith, a fishing boat owner, & IRS deductions from his wife’s income; letters (Mar.-May) re/ Gordon Stewart, with Wilson’s help finally will receive his 1955 income refund of $54.43; letters (Feb.-May) re/ the complications for Theodore A. Gayas of El Cajon with the IRS in terms of estimating tip income; letters (Jan,-Mar,) re/ bankruptcy, IRS liens, protests from business groups & bills H.R.7914 & 7915.
