Scope and Contents
A large collection of letters, office notes, news clippings, telegrams, resolutions, tear sheet from a newspaper, an a corporation annual report; these are filed from Dec./1961. Examples are: letters (Nov.-Dec.) re/ concerns about U.S. companies trading with the Soviet Bloc, letter and news clipping (Oct.) re/ taking a patriotic and courageous stand against any help to Communist Tito’s Yugoslavia; letter (11/6) re/ the National Indignation Convention resolved to oppose any military assistance to any Communist Nation; telegram (11/2) to Wilson from Jet Protest Committee re/ parade of ships in S.D. harbor entrance and pickett Yugoslav ship, city flags at half-mast to prohibit shipment of jets to Tito; letters (10/31 & 11/3) re/ SS Gundulic headed to San Diego to pick up shipment F-86 jet plains destined for Cuba; letter (10/31) from the Assist.
