Examples are: letter (3/23/56) from U.S. Information Agency to Wilson re/ “we can furnish additional courtesy cards for Tours of the Voice of America studios;” a similar message (7/7/55) from the Agency – emphasizing “reaching the captive people behind the Iron and Bamboo Curtains;” letters (8/4 and 7/15/55) from the USMC Commandant to Wilson re/ summer training program); letter (1/23/56) from William M.
