Scope and Contents
A collection of letters, a multipage Plan, memos, news clippings, photocopies of HUAC hearings, photocopies from various newspapers, and other items; these are filed in random fashion for 1963. Examples are: Business card and letter (8/21/63) Wallace B. Truslow and 11 pages of his “A Plan To Fight The Communist Conspiracy;” stapled copy of “Memorandum to the Boss From Ed G.” and HUAC information (August ’63 & earlier to ‘53) on William Henry Glazier re/ dossier on Glazer and Marge wanted to know if you would request an FBI investigation of Glazier; letters (June-Sept. ’63) re/ more information as to Truslow and his anti-communist activities; letters and photocopy of Fullton Lewis Jr. article on travel to Cuba; stapled packet of a letter (10/15/63) and enclosed reproduction of the testimony of Bart Lytton from a HUAC hearings in the Los Angeles area; letters (Oct.-Nov. ’63) re/ constituent’s concern about travel to Cuba; letters (11/22 & 12/5/63) and excerpt from The Valley News re/ “Who Knows the Truth Today?” letters from Assemblyman E. Richard Barnes to Wilson (May ’63) & photocopy of “Wilson Offers Plan To Oust Communism,” Evening Tribune (4/26/63-a-3) – Wilson has labled Kennedy administration as one of “defeat, retreat and deceit;” letter (3/29/63) from Wilson to Bennie E. Dean with enclosed copy of petition in support of the House Un-American Committee; letter (2/6/63) from Co-coordinating Council, Women Strike for Peace, Southern California to Wilson re/ several pages of photocopies from various newspapers on Women Strike For Peace; letter (2/15/63) from Russell Weck (President, Fire and Police Research Association of Los Angeles) to Wilson re/ their volunteer activities fighting communism.
