Settlement was made this past September with the U.S. Attorney’s office here on the basis of fifty percent (50%) of provable damage, as established by agreement or proof in court.” Plaintiffs included Insurance Company of North America, National Fire Insurance Company of Hartford, Fire Insurance Exchange, Fireman’s Fund & Industrial Indemnity--their approved claims totalled over 1/2 million dollars.
