Transit Corp.; stapled copy of corresp. (1/75) from constituent Loni Soderberg that “elderly be permitted to ride busses free of charge & Congressman Wilson’s reply that the National Mass Transp. Asst. Act of 1974 provided funds to reduce elderly & handicapped to one-half fares in non-peak hours; copy of letter from David Wray, Jr. (Div.
