Foun.) to Congressman Wilson (5/17/65) re/ “delay in replying to your letter of 29 April...regarding a retirement home in the San Diego area;” small, stapled packet of corresp. from Congressman Wilson, RAdm. J.O. Cobb (BUPERS), LCDR, A.J. Klein (Cong. Liaison Div., SecNav) & Frank L. Hope, Jr. (A.I.A.) (Feb.-Ap. 1965) re/ the “Distaff Project which is semi-official activity to provide housing for Marine Corps and Navy widows....their second project will be in San Diego” & includes brochure on Vinson Hall, the foundation’s first project located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
